Office Manager, Executive Assistant to the CEO
Crystal brings a multi-dimensional academic and creative background to the McKinney Advisory Group team. Her expertise in office management ensures the efficiency of all operations at the McKinney Advisory Headquarters. She multi-tasks supporting all staff and guests along with the demands of the CEO using her skills in technology and customer relations.
Crystal’s responsibilities include executive assistant to the CEO. She serves as a liaisons between the CEO and both internal and external parties coordinating meetings and special projects. Crystal also assists the CFO with facilities management including being the onsite contact for all office vendors. Her friendly and approachable demeanor make her the perfect fit for being the “go to” person at the office.
Crystal holds an integral position at McKinney managing both the office and the CEO. Her exceptional organizational skills and quick thinking attitude allow her to fill the multiple positions and duties she is assigned. Crystal thinks outside the box often handling & anticipating needs as they arise.
Crystal assists the marketing department as needed for certain projects. She has experience in event management, office management, CRM database, web development & graphic design.
