  • Multi-family: 1980s or newer, no government programs
  • Hospitality: Boutique or lifestyle preferred, and candidates for conversion to these types
  • Will acquire loans secured by these assets
  • Office: Value-added investment opportunities
  • Typical Offer: 45 to 60-day due diligence & quick close
