Synlawn’s requirement for both a distribution center and retail facility necessitated a location with street frontage, in a heavy traffic area, and enough clear height for an adequate racking system to hold its product. Finding retail space with high clear height in San Diego can be a challenge, yet it was a critical piece of Synlawn’s business plan for storing merchandise on site.
