Spinergy LLC, asked McKinney Advisory Group to perform a market and property analysis near their current site before negotiating a renewal. McKinney Advisory Group went to work and successfully completed the lease negotiations and renewal of their current space. The team was able to significantly reduce their overhead cost while also upgrading amenities such as break areas, restrooms, R&D facilities and offices at no cost to the tenant.
Spinergy was under a short deadline to respond to their existing landlord on whether they were going to relocate and take advantage of incentives from other landlords or renegotiate a renewal at their current site. The current site fit their space requirements but the client was paying an over market rate and the amenities were outdated.
