Landmark required a building for lease with contiguous office and classroom space with a central San Diego location and amenities for employees and clients. Additionally, the office space need to reflect and compliment Landmark’s work as an international, personal and professional growth, training and development company. Lastly, it was critical that McKinney negotiate a turn-key TI.
McKinney performed extensive research of the local office market within a close proximity to major transportation routes and amenities. McKinney personally toured all available buildings and conducted lease proposals for the client’s top selected properties. McKinney secured a property that met Landmark’s financial, locational and business needs. McKinney saved Landmark approximately 29% over a 5 year term.
